FYI I just received a call from ****** Credentialing Software sales yesterday. The representative inquired about our credentialing software. I thanked the representative for calling, I told them we were very pleased with Medkinetics! I told them the customer service was outstanding.

It is easy to find accolades for Medkinetic and [you]. As you know, I have worked with a lot of different applications and a lot of support staff, mostly outsourced staff. I have worked with some of the largest database applications in the world. Medkinetics gets an A+++ for an outstanding support staff, program change response level and an overall, excellent application. To have a live reporting tool, to me, a logical function in a database, yet how often is that available? How often can you pull date from diverse tables into a report? I will tell you rarely will support staff update a program from a customer's request. Medkinetics does it all and then some.

From my experience working with various applications, a company is only as good as its response level to their customers. Medkinetics has an superior support staff. You in particular, are a real asset to Medkinetics. Oh by the way, I have high standards and too often I can be critical of product that doesn't meet expectations.
